Unit-Specific Dropbox Folders

Beginning in FY26, all materials will be distributed and collected through Dropbox.

• Each unit has a Dropbox folder that can be accessed via the links below.
• The folder was initially shared with your dean, director, or executive officer, and your budget administrator. You may grant access to the folder with other individuals in your unit.
• Materials are sorted by high-level category and fiscal year. The current Dropbox structure is included below.
• From Dropbox you will be able to download, print, and save the materials.
